Hotel Transylvania (2012)

In Hotel Transylvania, Dracula, the famous vampire, runs a high-end resort hidden from the human world, where monsters and ghouls can relax in safety. Dracula is fiercely protective of his daughter, Mavis, who has just turned 118 and dreams of exploring the human world. Her father, however, fabricates horror stories about humans to keep her within the castle walls. Tensions arise when a human backpacker, Johnny, stumbles upon the hotel, catching Mavis’s interest. To keep Johnny’s identity a secret from the other monsters and protect Mavis from heartache, Dracula disguises him as a monster. However, things get complicated as Mavis and Johnny develop romantic feelings for each other, challenging Dracula’s prejudices against humans and forcing him to reconsider what’s best for his daughter.
