Super Fuzz (1980)

A cop exposed to radiation gains incredible superpowers but quickly discovers that they only work when he isn’t exposed to the color red. As he hilariously struggles to master his abilities, he takes on criminals in outrageous fashion, all while avoiding situations where his powers might suddenly disappear at the worst possible moment.
