The Count of Monte Cristo (2024)

This adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' classic follows Edmond Dantès, a sailor betrayed by his friends and wrongfully imprisoned in the grim Château d'If. During his imprisonment, Edmond befriends the wise Abbé Faria, who teaches him philosophy and strategy, and reveals the location of a hidden treasure. After a daring escape, Edmond reclaims the treasure and reinvents himself as the enigmatic and wealthy Count of Monte Cristo. Using his resources, he meticulously plans revenge against those who wronged him.
